We lucked out with the clear skies but it was chilly!  These kids were so amazing (Mom and Dad are pretty cool too!) and they had no complaints with the cool day…they are tougher than me…I was freezing!  Luckily I was able to warm my hands warm with the hot air dryers when it got to be too much!  The location was great…I can’t wait to go back when Spring arrives!

This couple got the best weather for their November wedding.  An outdoor ceremony in November WITHOUT snow!   I loved taking the couple shots of this bride and groom.  They were just so into each other and obviously madly in love that it was such a happy day.  I feel honoured to be able to take part in their special day.  All the best A and J!

Which is why I was so excited to spend the afternoon with this little cutie!  Not only was he a cutie but he was also one of the brightest little newborns I have ever met.  His eyes never stopped trying to take in everything around him.  His parents are absolutely lovely and were willing to try anything I asked.  Thank you to all 3 of you for a wonderful afternoon!

I can’t believe how much I have been neglecting the blog…I am slowly but surely getting caught up so the the entries should be rolling in over the next few weeks.  Starting today with a quick preview of a great family who I shot for the second time this year.  We found some gorgeous fall leaves and we managed to find some little pockets where the wind couldn’t reach us.  I’m glad we found time for this shoot before my vacation because I arrived back in Canada to bare trees.  I much prefer the gorgeous fall colours!

Facebook is great for keeping in touch but it was much more fun to get together in person for drinks, snacks and a photo shoot! Here are a few of my favourites from the shoot.  I can’t wait for the next one…what will the theme be??

Not to mention so awesome for putting up with the unbearable heat we had during the shoot!  I had a great time you guys and thanks so much for putting up with the heat as long as you did.  We’ll have to do dinner again soon!  Here are some of my favourite shots from the evening!

…but almost.  That’s how Mom got her teenage son out to the shoot and I am so glad she did!  I may be exaggerating a little because he was totally awesome no matter how many times I said “just one more”.  It was so much fun to watch little sis lavish him with attention too.

I took advantage of the few minutes without rain to walk on the beach.  I love being near the water!!  Here are a couple of shots from the morning!

And the list goes on and on.  Anyone who has met this woman could add to the list as it is such a pleasure to be in her company.  We lucked out and got some great weather and a few minutes inside a beautiful location before their event started (thanks Palais Royale!)  I admire this lady’s fighting spirit, positive attitude and her flexibility is UNBELIEVABLE!   I only hope to have half of her skill someday.  Thanks for a great day!

What a gorgeous group of gals!  Not only gorgeous but super smart too and doing such great work with kids with autism!  It was a pleasure to get their head shots ready for their website.  Check them out at www.autismpartnershiptoronto.ca   It was also a bonus to discover a fantastic new location!!   I have been working in this office for 10 years and am now starting to discover all of it’s photographic potential.  I can’t wait to make use of it!
